Bar-B-Que Meatloaf

https://youtu.be/9n4J417NF3E Ingredients: 2 lbs.ground beef (lean if possible) 1 cup of bread crumbs (fine) 1 egg 1/2 cup bar-b-que sauce (your choice) (use a salt substitute) suit to taste 2 pinches of black pepper (1/4 teaspoon) suit to taste 2 pinches of cayenne pepper (1/4 teaspoon) suit to taste 1 clove garlic minced (finely chopped, equals 1 tsp minced garlic) 1/4 cup chopped onion (red onion if possible) Instructions: Combine all ingredients, shape(mold) meat, place in baking dish. Bake at 275 degrees (gas) [350 degrees (elec)] for about 1 hour & 15 minutes covered. Remove from oven, drain excess fat and serve with your favorite side dish.

Oven-Barbecued Baby Beef Ribs

Ingredients: 2 lbs. baby beef ribs 4 chopped green onions 2 teaspoons butter 1 teaspoon all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 cup beef broth 2 teaspoons lemon juice 3 teaspoons chili sauce freshly ground black pepper to taste Instructions: Wash ribs and wipe with a damp paper towel. Place in single layer in shallow roasting pan. Roast at 450 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain fat. To prepare sauce Рsaut̩ onion in butter until tender. Stir in flour and mustard. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in beef broth, lemon juice, chili sauce and black pepper. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until sauce is smooth and thick. Brush over ribs, return to oven and bake 30 minutes or until tender, basting occasionally with sauce.

BAR-B Q Chicken

Ingredients: Sauce Ingredients: 4 tablespoon catsup 2 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon worcestershire 2 tablespoon butter 2 tablespoon brown sugar 1 tablespoon white sugar 1 teaspoon mustard 2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon chili powder some black pepper & red hot sauce Chicken Instructions: Combine sauce ingredients and mix them to create the sauce. Dip each piece in sauce. Cook in a dish or pan covered with aluminum foil for about 2 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
