Ingredients: 16 oz box of Macaroni 1 package of Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 Bell Pepper (Green, Yellow, Orange) 1 Onion 1 Tomato 3 Tablespoon Mayonnaise Lawry’s® Season Salt to taste Instructions: Boil the macaroni until done (add oil so that the macaroni won’t stick). Drain macaroni and rinse in cold water. Let the macaroni sit and cool. Add cheese, bell pepper, onion, Tomato, Mayonnaise, and Lawry’s® season salt. Mix up really good and you have your Macaroni Salad. Note: Really good for barbecues.

Potato Salad
Ingredients: 3 cups of potatoes (diced) 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons sugar 3 tablespoons vinegar 3/4 cups carrots (shredded) 1 cup celery (diced) 1 small onion (chopped fine) 1 cup of salad dressing 4 hard boiled eggs Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Ready to serve.

Angie Seafood Pasta Salad
Ingredients: 2 pounds shrimp (cooked and peeled) 1 box spaghetti (cooked) 2 cucumbers 3 tomatoes carrots (shredded) optional red cabbage (shredded) optional 2 small packs of powered ranch dressing, Original – Hidden Valley Ranch® 2 small packs of powered parmesan Italian dressing – Hidden Valley Ranch® 1 61oz. bottle Kraft® Zesty Italian Dressing Instructions: Cook pasta. Add all the vegetables. Add Shrimp. Add powered Dressings. Add bottled dressing. Chill before serving.

Delicious Chicken Salad with a Twist
Ingredients: 1 head of broccoli 2 green onions 4 carrots 1 baked chicken 1 bottle ranch dressing 1 stalk of celery Instructions: De-bone the chicken and shred into small pieces. Cut the green onions into dime slices. Use some of the green part for color. Slice the carrots into dime pieces. Use 1 of the celery stems and slice into small pieces. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, including the dressing. Chill for 3 hours. Note: Serve with party crackers or plain old Ritz® crackers. Or no crackers if you want to go low carb.
